When purchasing items from E V Black Vintage the customer understands they are buying a psychical product. This item will be packaged and posted to them using the mail service stated at time of purchase within good time.
The customer understands that the items available for purchase are second hand unless stated otherwise. E V Black Vintage endeavour to sell the best quality vintage where possible however the customer must be aware that due to the age and pre loved status of the products they may be liable to some wear and tear. E V Black Vintage aim to disclose details of any damage or wear and tear to garments in product descriptions, sometimes small issues can be missed or overlooked in these cases we ask for the customers understanding and are happy to offer solutions.
If the customer is unhappy or has an issue with a garment in any way please email contact@evblack.com stating the issue. E V Black Vintage is happy to offer returns and exchanges. When returning a garment postage costs will be down to the customer unless discussed otherwise.
